ES, cutting board

ES is a sophisticated cutting board for the modern kitchen. Unusual in design, the board breaks with conventional boards by establishing a slope, allowing liquids to run freely to a collection drain from where they can be poured easily away. The cutting angle and single-hand lifting are other ergonomic working benefits of ’ES’. The product is reversible so that meat and vegetables can be prepared separately. Non-slip, reversible, hygienic and durable HD-PE, light weight, and dish washable are other features of ES.

Good advice

The eS cutting board has been designed and manufactured with the purpose of being a functional quality product for food preparation in the modern kitchen, using one of the best and recognised plastic materials for food preparation. However, some limitations and practical advice will insure the high quality of using the board under normal circumstances.

Good practical hints: 

  • Always separate preparation of meat and vegetables by using the Essey logo as a mark.
  • The cutting board is dish washable. How ewer do not put the board under mechanical pressure while washing or place the board close to the heating elements in the dish washer. However, If the board twists – simply contra bend, preferable while still warm.  
  • Rinse the board after use to be sure to avoid spots and marks on the product. If spots and marks are visible (for example after marinated chicken) – let the board be moisturised with dish wash and leave it for a while and then rinse. The PE-plastics absorbs water/liquids and “washes” under the surface.
